Job description

As a student employee, you will assist the clinical development team in implementing new projects and content for patients on the moveUP platform. Additionally, you will have a supportive role for the customer support team, marketing and/or the other teams.

Job requirements

- Computer literate and proficient with standard programs such as (online) Excel, Word, cloud storage, etc.

- Knowledge and/or previous experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc., is a plus but not required

- Knowledge and/or previous experience with communication tools like WordPress or Sendgrid is a plus

- Ability to explain (medical) information in an easily understandable manner

- Strong writing skills, capable of structuring and presenting information clearly and comprehensibly

- Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English, French, and/or German is a strong advantage

- A background in a medical field, especially in physical therapy, is a plus


Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation of new content on the moveUP platform.

- Implement questionnaires in Dutch and English, potentially also in French or German

- Implement information modules/texts for patients in Dutch and English, potentially also in French or German

- Implement exercises (text & video) for patients in Dutch and English, potentially also in French or German

- Translate and proofread existing questionnaires and/or information modules

- Perform other administrative tasks, such as updating email templates


Preference:

We prefer students who can work with us for an extended period (e.g., six months to a year or more).

What We Offer:

- 10-28 hours per week. To be agreed upon with moveUP

- A job with flexible working hours and location. Remote work is allowed in agreement with the employer.

- Compensation according to the Barema scale (+/- 11-14 euros per hour)
