The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy across all channels. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and purpose-driven environment. You will play a critical role in:

  • Driving lead generation and visibility for moveUP’s B2B offerings.

  • Building a strong brand presence, both online and offline.

  • Supporting pharma, biotech and medtech partners with go-to-market and communication material for their digital health solutions powered by moveUP.

Your Core Responsibilities

🔹 Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Work with the management team to define and execute a scalable, multichannel marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.

  • Optimize our digital presence (website, SEO/SEA, social media, email, etc.).

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted lead-generation campaigns.

🔹 Content & Communications

  • Craft compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with industry partners.

  • Lead the creation of content including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, case studies, presentations, and pitch decks.

  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across touchpoints.

🔹 Customer Marketing & Partner Support

  • Co-create marketing and patient engagement materials for pharma and medtech partners.

  • Work closely with project managers and medical experts to translate clinical content into impactful communication tools.

🔹 Data-Driven Optimization

  • Track and report KPIs, campaign performance, and customer acquisition metrics.

  • Test, learn, and optimize based on data and insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare marketing, so you can help us navigating the complex environment where collaboration involves multiple stakeholders with different view points and expectations

  • Native English or excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.

  • Creative and analytical mindset with hands-on experience managing content, campaigns, and metrics.

  • Bonus: experience working with or for pharma/medtech clients, or familiarity with regulated healthcare environments.
