Patient Pathway Manager in Digital Health

moveUP is a Belgium founded digital care company, receiving support from international health insurers to facilitate its activities in US, France, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. The team and its one of kind digital platform facilitates and provides personalized remote and hybrid care in a.o orthopedic, bariatric/obesity, cardiac, oncology, neurology and respiratory spaces. 


As a pathway manager you'll be joining the clinical development team of our product department. Our clinical team is a team of multidisciplinary clinical experts delivering solutions in digital health from A to Z. 

Internally you'll interact with our software IT team, our data engineers, regulatory experts, marketing, business development and our own virtual clinic team. As part of your job you'll also be working and engaging with external stakeholders ranging from patients, doctors and health care professionals to medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, researchers and insurers, ...


As a patient pathway manager your main task will be patient care plan definition, creation and management. More concretely this include

  • Building adequate and progressive digital/hybrid treatments
    • Clinical product requirement and user input gathering
    • Defining required datapoints to assure an optimal clinical decision making
    • Defining optimal multidisciplinary approach 
  • Patient care plan creation and configuration
  • Patient care plan content creation and content management 
    • Evidence based information collection and analysis
    • Literature research and clinical validation
    • Translations, adaptations, reading/writing
  • Implementation of patient care plans with customers: Training of partners & customers 
  • Interaction with patients and health care professionals

Job requirements

We expect you'll be thriving in this job if you can demonstrate the following 

  • Experience in a medical or paramedical setting - ideally 1 to 3 years (internships apply)
  • A bachelor or higher degree in medical or paramedical profession
  • Operational mindset : self organised, focus on results, rigorous, problem-solving mindset

  • Proven languages skills: EN, FR and/or NL, bilingual (NL-FR) is considered a plus
