Key activities & area of responsibilities of the Manager Partnerships moveUP Labs:

• Be the trusted person for our customers. Define with the customer what is the problem to be solved, the value proposition, how success is defined, how it will be piloted and scaled. Combine the moveUP expertise on managing projects, with the specific requirements of each customer project and team. Work with the team to develop the contracts accordingly.
• Close Collaboration with internal Project Managers and other staff across the company (IT development, data engineers, clinical development, project managers, quality & regulatory, legal/data privacy, virtual clinic) to get projects successfully delivered. Organize reporting of the outcomes and results based on predefined KPI’s.
• Partnerships: Initiate, confirm, follow-up and expand innovation partnerships with leading healthcare institutions and life science companies to address specific challenges in healthcare such as data collection, patient engagement programs, patient monitoring, medication tracking, patient flow management, and virtual care.
• Obesity Management: Inspire obesity clinics and healthcare professional associations to use moveUP’s digital solutions for obesity clinics such as care pathways, registries, and virtual care
• Clinical Studies: Promote functionalities like ePROs to CROs as part of national and international research.

• You have an extended experience and passion in supporting innovation in the healthcare space with excellent understanding of its dynamics. Interest in AI and digital transformation.
• Consultancy mindset, for guiding our partners in the most optimal way for getting specific challenged & problems solved
• Proven business acumen with an internal drive to succeed.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated to work in scale-up environment.
• Highly organized and structured, always seeking solutions. Experience with project management.
• Respectful and collaborative, with an inspiring and positive demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys presenting.
• Marketing savvy: experience in setting up online campaigns and events, attending congresses, and creating content and marketing materials.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. It is a big plus if you master French. Dutch is an asset as well.

At moveUP Labs, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, working with a team that values respect, collaboration, and inspiration. We offer a flexible & dynamic work environment where initiative, creativity and effectiveness are encouraged. You work as employee or contractor, both are possible, but for a minimum of 4 days a week. Our office is in Brussels, with a satellite office in Ghent, where you’re always welcome. Expect to travel internationally for 10-20%. Although face-to face interaction eases collaboration and alignment, excellent candidates from neighboring countries will be considered as well.
